Levi Smith, Commercial Real Estate Broker in Michigan

Hard Working and Creative

Posted in

I have known Levi for over 30 years. He has sold my family land in Clinton Township, sold a bank branch in Southfield, and most recently sold me a building with a tenant for a 1031 exchange in Troy.

Levi is hard-working, intelligent and creative. His legal background is a big asset that distinguishes him from most of his competitors. If you do not use him for commercial real estate, you may be making a big mistake.

Along came Levi Smith and Mr. Chris Feng of Fuyao Automotive North America, Inc (FANA) and made Ashley a deal they could not refuse. Levi Smith negotiated a contract for a dollar amount that took into consideration numbers that are lucky to the Chinese. The location of Fuyao within the building also reflected Feng Shui.
